Are you missing something in your life?
Is God knocking on the door of your heart?
Do you want to find out more about the Catholic Church?
Join us this year for RCIA, the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults!
During the process of RCIA, the Church presents to you what she believes about Jesus, and invites you into relationship with Him. The goal of RCIA is to introduce you to the person of Jesus Christ, and His Church, and to engage you in the process of conversion to Christ through a real encounter with God. The process culminates in receiving Jesus Christ through the reception of the sacraments of Baptism, Eucharist, and Confirmation at the Easter Vigil.
RCIA is a journey that passes through several stages from September through May. It is a weekly class/presentation/discussion held Tuesday nights at 6:30pm in the Blessed John 23 Commons (located at 1221 W. Elizabeth St., 100 yards north of the Church, next to Sonic). Our classes are lively and interesting, and attended and co-taught by lay catechists and Father Rocco.
Come see if God is calling you here by attending Tuesday classes. RCIA is also for those completing their sacraments such as Confirmation, and anyone in the Parish who would like to learn more about their faith! Please contact Father Rocco at the Parish Office 970-484-3356, or Jennifer Powell, at 720-327-8310, or jpowell.ai@gmail.com, for more information.
