WHO MAKES UP THIS MINISTRY TEAM?

Volunteer parishioners of Blessed John XXIII who have the skills, expertise, and experience to function effectively in facilitating the kind of mutual, respectful understanding that can lead to lasting agreements and resolutions or to mutually respectful disagreement. These volunteers will normally work in teams of two.

MINSTRY TEAM MEMBERS

Sarah Carlson, LMFT. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for 8 years, private practice at the Parent-Child Interaction Center, married, 2 children, 1 cat, 1 dog, 1 horse, likes skiing, coffee, and good food and wine. 472-1207

Ernie Chavez, Ph.D. Husband, father of four, various staff and faculty positions in the CSU Psychology department at CSU, chair of the department since 1998.491-1354

Jim Cox, M.A. Married 25 years, 3 young adult children, M.A. in counseling psychology, mental health professional since 1973, social worker with Ft. Collins Housing Authority, musician. 402-2558

Chuck Davidshofer, Ph.D. Father of 3 grown daughters, member of John XXIII since 1970, associate professor of psychology at CSU, former director of CSU Counseling Center. 980-8779

Jim Demuth, M.S., LPC. Married, 8 children, parishioner for 6 years, Licensed Professional Counselor. 226-4102

Steve Dunn, LCSW. Married 30 years, 3 adult children, licensed clinical social worker with a counseling practice in Ft. Collins, loves to travel, bike, and golf. 495-4692

Francis Gaebler, Psy.D. Member of John XXIII since 1973, father of 3, psychologist. 495-6567

Bill Kneeland. Father of 2 grown children, parishioner at John XXIII for over 30 years, attorney and professional mediator. 493-6556

Jim Reid, M.Th., M.A., LCSW. Father of 3 grown children, on the staff of John XXIII since 1971, part time counseling practice since 1991. 484-3356

Patricia Vigil, Ph.D. Mother of 2 grown sons, long time John XXIII parishioner, long time counselor in the CSU Counseling Center. 491-2350
